Free On-Site Estimate
Andrew comes to your property, walks the site, takes measurements, and talks through your goals. This usually takes 20–45 minutes.

Written Quote + Timeline
You receive a written, line-item quote by email. It includes exactly what's covered, what isn't, and a written project start date.
- Itemized quote — no lump sums
- Written start date
- List of exactly what's included and excluded
- Payment schedule (typically 50% at start, 50% at completion)
- Review the quote and ask any questions
- Sign and return to reserve your spot on the schedule
The Pour
The crew arrives on the written start date. We handle sub-base prep, forming, the pour, and the finish — all per the scope on your quote.
- Daily cleanup — job site tidied each evening
- Updates from Andrew if anything changes
- A crew that's focused on quality finish, not speed
- Clear access to the site
- No vehicles or obstructions in the work zone

Cure + Closeout
Andrew does a walkthrough with you before leaving. You review the finished work, ask any questions, and get written curing instructions.
